AUDI Claremont is **********

Please check your contract when purchasing a vehicle with Audi Claremont, approximately a month ago a vehicle was purchased by me at this specific branch, they have added extra cover such as interior and dent cover which was not requested, upon signing of the contract they were asked, and said this is not a optional extra, a copy of the contract was requested and only received it after a month. After having a meeting with them a month after I only received the copy of the contract and offer to purchase document and admitted then it was a optional extra, however after reviewing the contract, the signature on the offer to purchase document was de- *****ed. The offer to purchase was never sent and I only saw the *****ulant document on Saturday 2/05/2015. When asking who signed this document they refused to answer and said they are not signature experts. The car was also delivered initially with wheel alignment being out and also broken sunvisor clips, how did this car pass the roadworthy test. One does not expect these after agreeing to paying almost R300 000 for a vehicle and even more so from a brand that is global. People involved is Ret, Sasha, Nuraan and Hein. This is disgusting
