Audi Centurion lost my number plates!!

Dear Audi

I bought a car from you almost a month ago. A truly special RS which I am thrilled and privileged to be able to drive this machine. I just really don't like how you treat your customer. I am still driving my car on temporary plates after being to the branch twice. The last time the used car manager discovered that the plates were lost. He didn't seem alarmed at all and said to me that he would arrange new ones. Why is there no worry about this? I now have been having been thinking maybe these plates are on some car committing a crime somewhere under my name? How am I supposed to sleep at night knowing Audi didn't care enough to treat this situation seriously. This is how its going to go down. I expect new number plates from AUDI ones with different numbers (REISSUED) delivered to my home. This must include a car play cable that's been on back order for the same month which no one at parts bothered to follow up. Cameron has advised that he will arrange a courier to drop them off I will not accept the same number plates. Please sort this out urgently.

Seriously Audi.. Get your sh*t together. You did not even give me a welcome gift. BMW gives track day vouchers for their M cars is my sale not important to you to be treated this way? I still haven't gotten your welcome t-shirt. A t-shirt :)
