Audi Centre Vereeniging - Extremely bad service

Recently i wanted to buy a used Audi from Audi Centre Vereeniging, went to the centre, explained to them what car i was looking for ect. Few days later they ( not going to call out names ) phoned me with a car they found in Fourways. I went in, even filled in the papers needed to apply for the car, they did the finance and everything was approved. On monday they phoned me to confirm amount and rates ect, and the registration costs was not included in the price as we agreed, so the lady said she will change it and get back to me asap. FRIDAY they called me to say sorry and blame fourways Audi saying they had another application and didnt want to bring the car to vereeniging. Other concern i have, out of 4 people i know said they will never take their cars back to Audi for service or anything as they cant diagnose a problem, fix problems and replace parts, yet Same issues still accure and also damage the car like break clips off or new sc**** marks.

Sorry to say, But Audi vereeniging will not see me again, if my car needs repairs or service, i will drive to JHB if i have to to get it sorted.
