Audi Centre Sandton worst service ever and Audi bad quality cars

So on the evening of Thursday 29 September 2016 I went to drop my daughter off at my parents' house in Alexandra. I got into my car and switched it on and a warning light came on followed by a message that read "Gearbox malfunction:you can continue to drive". I was obviously worried and very anxious because I didn't know if I would actually make it home. Also, I'm highly expectant due in a few weeks, my husband was out of the country on business so should anything happen to the car while on my drive home, I would not have been able to cope. However, comforted by the "you can continue to drive" part of the message. I proceeded to drive out of the driveway. As I turned into the road, which is at a gradient, the car failed to go up. I tried once again and it failed. I got the following error messages in addition to the initial one; TPMS malfunction, Parking brake malfunction and Stop/Start system unavailable. I was now stuck in the middle of the road. It's important to add that the car was fine prior to this incident, no warning of any problems before that. I switched the car off and turned it on again and tried that move it but it was not moving and would just give me the error messages. I switched it off and on again and gently moved it onto the entrance to my parents' house and managed to get most of it off the road but it refused to go into the yard. I called Audi 24hour roadside assistance and they deployed a tow truck to me. The consultant advised that the nearest dealer that will be working on my car would be Audi centre Sandton and that they would contact me in the morning to get the details of the incident, issue me with a courtesy car and advise on anything else. My dad took me home. Very early on Friday morning I received a call from Audi centre Sandton regarding the incident. I enquired about a courtesy car with the lady who was assisting me and she advised that she did not deal with the issuance of courtesy cars and that the Customer Care Manager Ismail/Ismael was responsible for making those arrangements for customers. Once we were done she transferred me to his line however he was unavailable. I left and message for him with the receptionist and an hour and 15 minutes later I still had not heard from him. I called back and asked to speak to him and again he was not available on his line. I eventually got hold of him and he advised that Audi Centre Sandton did not have any cars as they were all out. So I asked what that meant because I was now stuck at home with no car. He advised that they never guarantee the availability or issuance of courtesy cars and even though he understood that I did not have any other means of getting around, there was nothing he could do to help other than to check whether my car would be checked/worked on earlier (I did not hear from him on this by the way). Annoyed and frustrated I asked whether he would be able to order another car from another dealer and he advised that the dealers were privately owned and he could not get a car from any other dealer. So I asked him what I should do about getting around between Friday and whenever my car would be fixed and he had no response other that that he did not have anything to offer me and didn't know what my expectations were because he has explained his position. So my question to @AudiCentreSandton and @AudiSouthAfrica is whether this kind of service is deemed as good customer service? I failed to go to work yesterday as I did not have a car...I won't be going to work on Monday as I will be without a car...I'm trying to wrap up some work in preparation for my maternity leave in a few weeks. These are two days of productivity I will not get back because of the Audi brand. This is also not the first time that @AudiCentreSandton has failed to give me a courtesy car under the very same excuse of not having any cars available...My husband and I are highly unimpressed and do not believe that that is the kind of treatment we deserve as customers. If no in-house cars are available, a car should have been hired for us. In order to ensure that we are not inconvenienced. Why spend so much money on a fancy Audi SUV when you will get poor to no service? We need answers!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! We will definitely not be getting another Audi model and will do our best advise people against endorsing the brand.
