Audi Centre Sandton - The Worst Service!!!

This is the worst Service I have ever experienced in all the time of owning a vehicle. My Audi A1 went in to have its clutch fixed which cost me an absolute fortune, 1 week later I had the same problem with the vehicle , I have literally collected my car this morning and 200m outside of Audi Centre Sandton I felt the exact problem happen again. Is there any Quality control at Audi Centre Sandton, what was actually looked at while my car was there for a week? Service is shocking and I have no words, I have no faith in the Audi Brand at this stage.
