Please do not even bother. I have brought back my vehicle 7-8 times now to try get the same coolant light problem sorted. The staff and Engineers can’t correctly fix a vehicle. On top that, I have wait on average 45 minutes to get a lift to work and sometime get picked up an hour before my car is even ready.

If you can avoid buying an Audi, PLEASE DO. Unless you have unlimited cash and time, these vehicles will be nothing but a burden to you. I had a Hyundai before this and didn’t have a single problem for 6 years.

If you have an Audi, avoid this branch. Parts keep getting replaced but my problem never seems to be solved. I have brought my vehicle to this branch over ten times now and I have only had the vehicle for one year. Also, every time I have a service, something is removed from my car and not put back (either my cellphone holder, or my built in cigarette light, etc).

Save yourself time, money and frustration. You will always be late for work and have you car only 90% of the time (when it’s not in for a service). AUDI IS NOT THE WORLD CLASS BRAND THEY PORTRAY THEMSELVES TO BE. Worst service ever.
