Audi Centre Johannesburg and Audi South Africa provides the worst customer service I have ever received from any car dealership ever. it is nothing short of incompetence and blatant ignoring of customer requests. For the price of an Audi , one would expect better service - I am sure lower end car dealers provide better service!! 1. They **** about what my service plan covers , and tried to fit me with the cost 2. I have reported the same problem 3 times , and it was not resolved. Until I finally ended up escalating. Needless to say even with the escalation - my problem is not resolved. 3. Don't even mention a courtesy car for their incompetence. One will become available in 2020. smurk. 4. They have after service follow up calls, which is a joke. You can relate your experience over and over again. Nothing gets done. 5. Their services is basic oil and water change.

I will never buy an Audi again, or take my car to Audi Centre Johannesburg.
