Audi Centre Hatfield- "Service" from hell

<p>Recently had three major issues with Audi Hatfield:<br /> <br />1. I booked my car in for service and when I arrive there in the morning they tell me that they didn't book my car in for that specific day and that I should return the following day. Just like that - no apology and they could not provide any reasonable explanation. Requested to speak to the "service manager" and only after much deliberation they finally managed to get something to service my car and whom I suspect was not much knowledgeable and was still a trainee<br />2. The service agent calls me during the day and informs me that they won't be able to fix my headlight ( which is assessed to be over R10 000) because of a very minor scratch that I had on my car over two years ago as I was driving out of my garage. The service manager does not even bother to call and inform me about the matter. So they telling me that an incident that occurred two years ago - a scratch (not a dent or a bump) affected my warranty but they can't even provide me with sufficient evidence of the assessment details and all this is based on the service managers subjective assessment. The service manager was only upset with me because I stood up for myself and insisted that they should service my car on the day that I had booked it and refused to come back the next day like I was told. I showed them call logs to the center to book my car in but their *********** staff failed to book my car in for that specific day. So they force people to take out a maintenance plan on their vehicles but don't stick to their end of the deal by actually fixing our cars. This has also raised a concern with regards to the integrity and reliability of the service conducted on our cars. I have been taking my car in for the last two years with that scratch and they did even indicate on their assessment report when I dropped my car for service but no one even indicated that this will have an "impact" on my warranty. Took the matter up with Audi South Africa but they couldn't care less. My advise is never take out any maintenance plan with them as it's just a *******. Or better yet don't buy any cars from them. I have learned my lesson!!!<br />3. I fetch my car from the dealer and it comes back with a punch. So they park our cars on top of nails in the warehouse?! I called Audi Assist and they took over 2 hours to come "assist ". <br /> <br />And so disappointed with the "service" provided by Audi and I will NEVER buy a car from them again!!!</p>
