Audi Centre Durban Renders The Worst Service In KZN if not South Africa

Took my car for Service a month ago or 2 ago I told my service agent that it had a problem before they’d started the service, when I collected it, it was still making the same noise on the engine 2 weeks later broke down with engine problem.

But my flipping problem with Audi is their lack of good customer service, I left my car 2 weeks ago I was never called for any feedback back been writing emails no responses nothing, when I called today the car is still not stripped.

I’m so flipping angry by everything and by this company, I hate everything about them pity there’s nothing we can do about especially with their staff bad and undermining attitude.

I’m such a fvckin stupid, I’ve been buying my fvckin cars from @audisouthafrica @AudiOfficial @Audi even when they’ve given me ********** service, @AudiCentreDbn is the worst, 2 weeks no feedback, you call them they’ve not touched your car B***s**t ????
