Audi Centre Centurion Poor Service

Took my Audi A3 into Audi Centre Centurion and the service is very poor and pathetic. None of the things i am having issues with on my car are done they just have excuses for everything. Telling me my car has been in an accident yet its under warantee and motorplan. They are too lazy to do their jobs.

Very disappointed!
