Audi Centre Centurion

Initially visiting to do due diligence on an Audi S5 l was about to buy, Audi Centre Centurion redirected and sold me a Golf 7 GTI, a multi-faulted vehicle at the end of August 2022, l have been driving back to the dealership a few times every month since to date. But at the 4th month l started trying to reverse the sale and move cars, where we tried one of their Audi’s showroom vehicles , this failed and they let me look into other dealership’s vehicles, which turned out to be a joke with Audi not sufficiently helping in a joint dealership transaction, it seemed a play for time to me, fortunately l filed a case with the Ombudsman in good time and ABSA, at second attempt approved me for another vehicle without G7 GTI settlement. (Also ABSA financed).

I honestly expected Audi to own up and take the vehicle back but alas, the purchase salesman suddenly left and a new one came in with the objective to fix the problematic vehicle (G7) instead, too little too late. I have suffered, hustled and defaulted to pay for this vehicle which still has issues. They ignore my request for a Diagnostic/Inspection report as well and deny that there might be a gasket issue, insisting on doing a warranty claim and keeping it for days without a courtesy vehicle. But one more thing, WeBuy Cars inspection report and 2 failed Fastbuys show that the vehicle is unsellable for me.

Audi needs to do better, l’m utterly disgusted by their poor service, lack of accountability and playing down these issues

As a manufacturing consultant in the toolmaking industry who hails the praises of Audi’s toolroom as a best practice of industrialisation l’m appalled.
