AUDI BROKE MY NEW A1

AUDI MENLYN BROKE MY CAR. New Audi A1 (bought Feb 2021 new, has 5 000 km currently) went in for service at Audi Menlyn on Thursday 03 March 2021. They said they needed to do MMI software update to fix the issue with the clock not keeping its time. Software update failed, vehicle completely unresponsive, cannot start. They say they need to replace MMI but why does the MMI influence the fact that that the vehicle is completely dead. Told us on Friday it will take 2x weeks. Spoke to service manager today and now suddenly it will take 1x month to fix.
