Audi Bloemfontein Poor Service

I have a 2011 Audi A3. It went for a service at Audi Bloemfontein on 11 April 2019. Afterwards it started leaking oil. On Wednesday I called it in and they were very helpful. They towed it in and fixed it at no cost. They noticed that the glow plug light was flashing and asked if they should look at that so I said yes and asked that they just inform me of origin of problem and costs involved with that beforehand. Yesterday, they phoned to say my car is fixed, no costs and I can collect. Reception this time round was very different. The service manager briefly explained it was a filter that they cleaned and car has been tested, but seemed like he could not wait to get rid of me. I asked about the results of the diagnostic test, but he did not give me complete details and walked to my car to just get me out. I drove off, with my kids in the car and halfway home they asked where the matts were that they always put their feet on. I decided to check in the boot when I get home. By then the glow plug light had started to flash again, vehicle goes into limp mode with a struggle to reach 60kph. When I got home I found no matts in the back and phoned Audi to enquire about that and to report the fact that the problem with light and power was recurring. He said that he would find out where the matts might be and let me know and will also check the light again sometime. Then MY NUMBER WAS BLOCKED! I had to use another phone to contact them, since mine would immediately go to "network busy" call after call, even today. I still do not have feedback on the matts and my car continues on in limp mode. I am extremely suspicious now, especially after the latter behaviour from them and why do they want to block my number. Today when I phoned from the other number and got hold of him, I asked him that they must unblock my number on their system. He did not even argue or deny. Just because I am a woman they think I know nothing, but they do not know that I was co-owner and manager of a workshop, where I sometimes had to get my hands dirty. Don't judge a book by its cover and stop bull****ting me!
