Audi Bloemfontein lacks customer care

I purchased a car from Audi dealer in Bloemfontein. On day three I had a breakdown a hose had burst that was eaten by rats . the 81 point check wasn't done according to specifications and now they are pulling up their shoulders and expect me to pay for their poor service
