Audi below standards

I baught an Audi to avoid probkems with my old car. I inhetited more ptoblems than before. The car hs been in and out of Audi eith false ptomises that it will b s better car. They are refusing to give ne another car and the DP was today shouting at me and hit the window of the loan car i was driving. I am paying this car but the value is not there and its frustrsting my family. I had to walk my kids to school, stuck in malls and the car would not drive more thsn 80 kms per hour. This is frustrsting
