Audi awful

<p>I had my Audi servised at the Menlyn branch on Tues last week then on Wed when I went to put something into my boot I saw a big scratch come punture mark on my boot. I contacted the service manger and he told me to bring the car in so he could inspect it . I took it in the following day and he told me that they were only prepared to ay for half the cost to fix the mark as there were other marks there that I was liable fostugh Audi customer care and they were not willing to help either and just reitterated what the service manager had said. I am fuming and disgusted in the so called "customer care" I hFurthermore I do not see myave received . self staying with Audi but rather going back to Honda </p>
