Audi Assist shocking service

On Sunday 4/10/2015 i contacted Audi assist to get a locksmith to open the doors as I had mistakenly locked my keys in the boot. I spoke with one of the consultants who sent me from pillar to post, a technician went as far as putting down the fone on my ear. The Team Leader on duty refused to give me her surname citing that they are not allowed to do so, to cut a very long story short. A technician was dispatched, after a couple of minutes he left without sorting out the problem. I was forced to use another care and after contacting my insurance the following day, it hardly took \fast and furious locksmiths"to open the door. This morning I called the customer care line to ask to speak to the head of department and raise my grivience"
