On the evening of Saturday the 3rd of August - I had a tyre blowout which could not be repaired by the kit in the car (it doesn't come with a spare tyre), I phone Audi Assist and dealt with Sibonisile (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly), who arranged the flatbed, towing to audi etc all covered under my plan. Her manner, professionalism and concern shown were all exemplary. She is an asset to your business.
