AUDI ARCADIA - A DEALERSHIP THAT CARE LESS ABOUT CLIENTS ONCE THEY SIGN ON TOTTED LINE

In September 2015, i went to Audi Arcadia and traded in a VW Polo 1.2 TSI for and A4 1.8TFSI. The polo had a Bluetooth and cruise control functionalities. I specifically asked the sales person (Pearlrose) to make sure that the Bluetooth is included inside the A4 as i saw its benefits on the polo.

After 3 days of in and out at the dealership,i was given about 2 minutes to go see the car before i took delivery of the vehicle. This was in the evening and a bit dark to assess all requested functions in the car.A day after, when i wanted to explore the functionalities i discovered the Bluetooth is not installed ,the car is an entry model(88 KW) worth almost R 8000 instalment with nothing but a star stop button.

All the necessities i requested were not there and went back to voice my dissatisfaction only to be told there is nothing they can do unless i trade in the car and get one with those functionalities.

My question is,why would i be paying almost R 8000 for a car that lacks the things i requested and not told by Pearlrose that she did not manage to include them so i can make my own decision based on that.

I spoke to a manager in 2015 and last year and recently to explain my issue and they told me that its my own fault and that's that. There is nothing they can do for me.

Just a warning,if you are interested in an AUDi car please take precaution when dealing with AUDI ARCADIA.
