Audi **** after service

Audi South Africa are a bunch of rogues greedy for money. Car is under a full motor plan. Ive never done any claims previously and the first time I do so it is denied. My car refused to start. Booked in and Audi Rivonia declined to cover the battery under motor plan. Reason being is on Nov 06.2020 the lights and hazards were left on for two hours. Poor excuse more so since my car was serviced a few months ago with no faults detected. You cant tell me that something that happened 10 months ago is affecting me now also for lights left on for just two hours.
