Audi After Sales Service and Audi Assist is Pathetic!!

Audi Assist and Audi Sandton

This is the worst service I have ever received from a premium brand. No communication, then when you call - you get the run a round and told they will call you back. Have to repeat the entire 4 day story every single time you call back.

This is Ridiculous !!
