Audi A4 factory fault issue

I've purchase an A4 back in 2015. There car had no issues, as the mileage increase to 130000 km just after the service plan and warranty reaches its end. The car started to consume a lot of engine oil. I have done my own research to find out if it's my car or if there are other Audi's that have similar problem with engine oil consumption. Apparently the A4 models built have a factory problem when it reaches mileage of 130k km and more it will have a problem with the pistons. And will require to strip the whole engine to fix it. I feel that Audi are ******** us because every A4 model built between 2*** have a problem that will costs you about R80k to fix the car. Why can't they ask all those cars who have this issue to be fixed at Audi because that's a factory faulty? Can they account on the defects that comes with the car?
