Audi A3 S/tronic gearbox problem

It would seem that Audi SA ***) is weak when it comes to protecting the Audi brand. I'm a very irritant owner of an Audi A3 1.8T s/tronic because the car won't select the reverse gear. Audi SA CANNOT REQUEST for the dealership (Audi Bruma) to run diagnostic tests any earlier because the SLA is 48 hours. <br> <br> Audi SA comes across as a toothless dog, who would rather have an unhappy customer and who is going to bad mouth the Audi brand. A simple request for an earlier diagnosis, could result in loan car being made available earlier while my A3 is being repaired. In the meantime I do not have transportation for at least 2 days. This may not seem bad, but I bought a premium brand and paid a premium price, so I expect a premium service. <br> <br> I have owned 4 Audis and recommend the purchase of 6 additional Audis for family from Audi Sandton, Audi Airport and Audi The Glen. 10 cars may not seem a lot, but BMW or Merc is going to benefit in the future from my poor experience.
