audi a3 gearbox problems

I am truly tired of the on going issues with the audi a3 gearbox, it appears to be a common fault in this vehicle, and the customer has to always return for something or the other , I have complained so many times about this, and every time something different needs to be done, from 2 times of programming, to the megatron to now the clutches.its unfair to the customer, the dealership has been helpful, but the product is disappointing, I love my car, I bought it for reliability but now I am not so sure how reliable it is or how much audi cares for their clients.. I would like feedback on this issue,
