AUDI A1 - Poor Service

My vehicle is currently with the Audi Centre Umhlanga, for repairs in respect of ongoing issues with the gearbox, which began in/or around January / February 2015 (uneven / jerking acceleration when driving off from the drive gear, as well as uneven/jerking gear changes accompanied by a loud noise). Audi initially 'denied' such fault and now advises that it will not replace the gearbox and that the \fix"for this issue is the replacement of the clutches. It is widely reported that these issues are common to Audi A1 with the multi-tronic gearbox"
