Audi A1 faults

It is clear from the complaints preceding mine, that Audi has significant customer service problems. The lack of visible Audi responses to these complaints displays a Audi culture that is dismissive of its customer needs. My message to Audi is "Audi Claremont and Audi South Africa, take us seriously and repair our new A1. Your ‘software upgrade’ did not fix the A1’s defects. Your explanations for defects’ causes are inadequate, as are your solutions to this problem. Is Audi advising potential global customers that A1s might not be operating as advertised?" It is so ironic that Audi's that Audi's behaviour is in conflict with its espoused values.
