Appalling service&disrespect at Audi Center Middelburg!

On 24 July 2023,I took our car for service to Audi Center in Middelburg MP. The car was displaying some worrying messages on the dashboard and I informed the lady who was assisting me about them. She did write them down I saw her.

8hours later when I came back to pay and fetch the car they were not attended to!! I realized this after paying R5500 and I was livid!!

I complained to the manager who said the technician did not see the instructions!! The disrespect that the manager showed me all because Iam a black woman!!

The car is still not fixed,my husband has bn in hospital for 3 wks and cannot go there to confront them re: this. I feel helpless,we hv bn loyal customers of Audi brand since 2004 but now we hv to change car brands bcos this service is not acceptable!
