Appalling Service at Audi West Rand - Ruan Vos

<p>2 car's bought at the above mentioned dealership, one brand new with some issues which need to be repaired, with mileage of about 63000 km. I get a call at 14:30, on the day I booked the car in for a service, after I was the 5 car to drive in, in the morning when the cars were being booked in. I called to say the car has to stay overnight without any further assistnace on how I should get around, when I specifically mentioned an medical operation one of my family members has to undergo tomorrow. Ruan Vos the service advisor simply doesnt care and says I can have the care back and see to finish. This is no way of treating clients.</p>
