Allen's Nek Audi has the worst service

I have never experienced any bad service from Audi but their Allen's Nek dealership which I have used for the first time is the worst!! My car was towed to them yesterday and I was advised that they would call once they've recieved the vehicle, no call was made to me. Still today in the morning I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out if they recieved my vehicle and the lady confirmed that they do have it and the car has been allocated and will be worked on today!! 3:30 still no feedback I call them to find out the progress on the car since they still have made no efforts in contacting me, I call them and I am advised that they will only start working on my car tomorrow? Pathetic!!
