Alarming service from Audi Centre Menlyn

<p>I purchased a brand new Audi A1 from Audi Centre Menlyn on 30 December 2015. Since that day I have experienced countless issues with the vehicle, the first being a problematic steeering wheel and second a dysfunctional A/C system. The height of all these issues occured recently (19 December 2016), when my vehicle refused to drive as per normal in mid traffic. This issue is described as a troublesome throttle body which causes the engine to shake when one attempts to start the vehicle. Having complained about these various issues, one would think that it is a serious cause for concern. However, the managers and technicians at Audi Centre Menlyn are unable to account for the issues I have experienced. I am highly dissatisfied with the service from this delearship and the manner in which they propose to rectify these problems. The proposed solution to my most recent complaint was to trade in the vehicle which I have only had for nearly a year and instead tie myself down to a new sale which would mean a larger installment. At what point does one say "let's recall the vehicle and give you a new one"? It seems this particular delearship would rather deflect responsibility by making themselves richer and their clients poorer.</p>
