Aircon and Radiator and Call Back

I took my car in for its service at Audi Centurion. I reported an additional fault that I kept getting a coolant level low warning. After investigation - Audi reported that it was a leak in the Radiator so they ordered a new radiator - to replace the radiator they had to replace the aircon gas as well. I got my car back expecting the Warning issue to be sorted out - Nope, I still got the Warning issue of the Coolant Level low and now my aircon was not working and my radiator fan is VERY Loud and my headlamp washer kept getting caught sticking out. So I phoned Audi Centurion to book the car in for them to sort this out. I took the car in, only to be told this time that the Coolant Level sensor was actually broken- by the way should this not have been checked the first time I took the car in??? They then ordered the part and \fixed"the aircon"
