**** add-ons sold to clients

I am writing to complain about the policy that was sold to me along with the purchase of my Q3 over a year ago. Included in my purchase I took up the scratch and dent policy from Smart UMA. How disgusted am I in their service, the way they communicate as well as the un-helpful manner. Really Audi, you guys made me waste my money.

I have logged a claim with them and it just ridiculous the hoops I have to jump through to have my claim considered. This was not told to me when I purchased my vehicle. But the money, no that was easy to accept from me.

You as a brand should seriously consider what you sell to clients. I’m totally disgusted.
