Actual help from a genuine guy from Audi

<p>I recently purchased a used Audi and had an issue with coding the radio. I had spoken to Audi USA online, Audi South Africa online and phoned Audi Claremont - all could not help me and said to take the vehicle in (for something small like this was not worth me forking out the cash for something that could be handled over the phone, nevermind the petrol and time. I phoned Audi Centre Cape Town, Spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Rudi. I told him the issue and he asked for various codes to prove ownership and said he would let me know first thing in the morning. I got the call, the correct code and the issue was resolved. I am thankful that Rudi took the time to sort this out. Great service Audi Centre Cape Town and many thanks :)</p>
