Accident Due to Brake Failure

Accident On a Audi A5, requested for Documents to be sent to me since 25 Mar, been sent from one post to the other while documents were being prepared going through all sorts of Quality Checks. <br> <br> Finally I was advised to come collect 2 of 4 documents from the dealer, but was advised their Lawyer will need to be there, question asked was why call the Lawyer if all documents is in Order.. <br> <br> Disgraceful service I have seen to date, the Lawyer advised me why not get the car repaired by Insurance and sell it?? Just could not believe those remarks... He was even so arrogant to tell me that he has over 1000 cases he handles and my case is NOTHING, I will just be wasting my money... <br> <br> Asked for the Documents to be supp****, finally the Job cards were supp**** and to my SHOCK .... NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE LAST TIME I REPORTED THE CAR EVEN AFTER ONE OF THEIR WORKSHOP MACHANICS STATED THAT THE CAR IS FAULTY AND I STATED THAT I WAS NEAR A FATAL ACCIDENT... Now this is the reason the document took over a Month to be supp**** to me... never seen such in my lifetime.. <br> <br> The Bug wont be pushed to me.. Not even Sure if Audi Germany Knows how their brand is handled by some of their dealers..
