A3 Gearbox Failure

<p>My 2014 Audi A3 has had issues with its gear box from the day I bought it brand new. At every service interval I told Audi centre Northcliff about the issue and they have changed the clutches and mechatronics twice already only to leave me stranded with a gearbox malfunction at 99000 kms. Even the tyres have lasted longer than the gearbox which is sad. My car was towed by Audi assist and consequently lost and landed up at Audi Centre east rand a week later. I have contacted the centre (Tania Van Straaten) several times without return of my phonecall as requested. Im now at wits end and need this resolved asap not to mention a courtesy vehicle as the Audi product is a complete dissapointment!</p>
