A month later still waiting for feedback

Good day.

My name is Sifiso Mahlangu i bought an Audi A3 last year October at Audi centre Menlyn, due to work and no time off the process was done telephonically. All things were ok until the car was delivered to me and the guy came with the car and took my Polo as i traded it in for the Audi A3 all things were fine but the problem is that i was not given a spare key for the car. He promised that he will aend it via courier but till this very date i have not received it. Ita almost a year now i still have not received my spare key. Another second thing i bought the car "used" with GP registration and i stay in MP so i advised them that i need it to be changed to MP as this will give me a problem, they said i should not worry about it as they will also assist in changing that, and guess what till todag that is not done and my Licence disc expire now end off August. I am not happy on how Audi have treated me im actually really disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone ?????. A month later still waiting for my things while driving with a car with expired license disc.
