A complete let down

<p>I got stuck on the road early hours of Saturday morning 29th October on Smit street in Braamfontein. I called Audi assist at 3am, I only got help at 5am after I told them I was female and obviously expected much quicker help. I'm so disappointed at the amount of time it took for the tow truck to arrive.?anything could have happened to me. That's not what was sold to me when I bought the car and bearing in mind the car is only 5 months old and recently back from service. </p> <p>A similar incident happened with my previous Audi last year, I got stuck in fourways and had to wait for assistance for more than 2hours. This is concerning for me firstly because I'm female. I obviously can't trust that Audi assist will rescue me on time should I get stuck again. It's the second time I'm highly disappointed. </p> <p>Safety is very important for me. I'm seriously considering moving my business on the next purchase. </p>
