9 month pregant but refused curtesy car by Audi

I had issues with my vehicle this afternoon and took it to Audi. the car was booked in to check what the issue is. I requested a courtesy car as I am nine months pregnant and due anytime but was told that no courtesy car was available, this is upon overhearing a lady mention on the phone that she's returning the courtesy car and fetching her car. <br> <br> I bought an Audi 'cause I wanted a reliable car and good service but was disappointed when I was told there's nothing they can do. All Audi Sandton offered was to take me home - I had two kids at school waiting for me to pick them up and had to arrange for a meter taxi to fetch them. I am disappointed in Audi and I hope I do not go into labour this weekend with no vehicle. <br>
