6 months and car still not fixed

<p>I'm at my wits end with Audi as they cannot fix a problem with my car. This is a premium brand and a high end vehicle (S5). It's been six months of the same problem and due to bureaucratic issues within Audi they cannot replace the part as "the computer does not show a fault". The technicians and service managers have acknowledged the fault yet are unable to do anything. This is unacceptable. A full maintenance plan means nothing. Absolute waste of money and shocking service. I'll never purchase another Audi - even tho I've been driving them for 18 years.</p>
