3rd Breakdown with the same error

I have reported a breakdwon three times and Audi Polokwane is unable to resolve or diagnose the error. The breaks failed on my car while driving in a traffic circle due to the error while driving with a 11 months old baby. How cruel is this brand mara? Their service is really terrible. The service manager Lesley at Audi Polokwane will never intervene to assist, the service advisors will never update you on the car while it's at their dealer. I had to walk around with no car asking for help to do my day to day drives while Lesley could not assist. I drive with my family, i don't understand if they'll understand that i got an accident before they act. I'm done with Audi. Their customer care is just as bad as it is. They don't have a solution for anything. i am really frustrated.
