3 incidents in 3 months - 3 year Audi A3

I've been more than patient with Audi South Africa to date but after the third incident in 3 months, I hope this post gets the attention it deserves. <br> <br> On 22 December 2015 my 3 year old Audi A3 (44000km) broke down and had to be flat-bed towed to Middleburg. Audi assist gave me a rental car for two days to 'get to a point of safety'. <br> <br> Apparently a part for my vehicle needed to be ordered from Germany and it would be at least a week's lead time. I understand this was around the festive season but... a few weeks later, with very little communication from Audi, the vehicle was eventually returned to me via another flat-bed truck to Audi Sandton in Johannesburg (first week of February 2016). Which means I was without my own car for almost 6 weeks and had to arrange own transport during this time. <br> <br> Last weekend we drove 1km down the road from home and the same car overheated; the temperature was at a max in the red.
