17 K for fault cause by other Audi dealership

I collected the vehicle from Audi Fourways I drove out the dealership and approximately 2km down the highway an error msg saying switch off engine coolant low came on. I immediately stopped the vehicle and called Anil, he then sent roadside assistance who topped up the coolant and monitored it for a while. There were no visible leaks that he could pick up. I drove the vehicle to Swaziland and have been driving it everyday for around 1 month. On Saturday the 20th June I drove to JHB like normal with no issues, on the way back in the evening the same msg came back stating switch engine off coolant low. I stopped at the side of the road, filled it with water and carried on to the next petrol station. Sam Sibiya from Mbomblea called me informing me that the gaskets need to be replaced and it will cost 17k and take approximately 2 weeks as the parts need to come from Germany. I contact Anil at Audi Fourways who states that he dealt with an oil leak not a coolant leak. Anil clearly knows that I drove 2 kms out the dealership and he had to send a roadside assistant to come and check the coolant system. I am absolutely unwilling to pay the 17k for an issue that was present from Fourways
