12 months later, still no car papers

I bought 2 cars from Audi Northcliff last year September and collected the first car on the first of October 2015.

I was promised a lot of things before we agreed on the deal (the promises ranged from what would be fixed and what wouldn't) only one problem was attended to.

I complained to the sales man, Audi South Africa and the Dealer principal who was just way too arrogant telling me he is not interested, thats even after I told him that the convertible only opened for 2 weeks and stopped opening, his response was "when you left here the car was opening so tough".

The sad thing was when I took the cars in at other service centers they told me there was a lot of major problems with the cars, the convertible for example had been fixed so many times that when I took it to convertible specialists they where so shocked at the condition and how it was fixed.

The saddest thing was that I was not told the cars have problems, I was told everything is in good condition and I just thought buying a car from Audi meant that the cars would be properly checked and client would be told if there's any issues so that I can decide if its worth buying or not.

Anyway 12 months after buying the cars, I still don't have car papers, meaning that I don't have a disc, they started giving me permists a couple of months back, promising that I'll get car papers soon, I have to drive to Northcliff every 15 days from Kyalami and if I forget like today, I get a ticket, this is just too much for me, I had so much faith in Audi but this has really taken my faith away from this brand. I can't even drive any of my cars to KZN because I get stopped every 100 km because of the disc, it is draining, time wasting and embarrassing.

Who should pay for this ticket's?

When I think that I was given a car without a head light I really get angry, only noticed when I got home and they where not interested in dealing with the problem, who does that? The worst thing was that when I bought the expensive bulb they realized that its not the bulb the the system thats also crazy expensive.
