Wrong spare key sold

I have had the worst service when it comes to Audi west rand .Jaques the sales man sold me a car with a wrong spare key.I contacted him and he just blue ticked me .I had to escalate to the sales manager Success who sent a technical guy with multiple spare keys for different cars(high security risk). None of the keys tested were for my car .I sent feedback via email and WhatsApp messaging all I got was the car will be booked in at Clear water,he doesn’t take my calls and just sends random messages.

This dealership is a **** . When I purchased my car there was a credit of 2000 rands that was meant to be paid to me till this day no one has settled this even after escalating this issue .Success mentioned he thought the Salesman had sorted this out and I requested proof of payment for these funds.

If you want peace of mind please DO NOT PURCHASE from this dealer. Worst sales man with no customer service.Once the deal is signed they do not care.
