Unprofessional, disgusting service

Two days ago my vehicle showed an EPC light while on my way to work, so naturally I panicked and decided to slowly drive it to the nearest petrol station so that I could call Audi assist coz by then the power was out and it could not drive above 60km. I then managed to get to safety and contacted Audi roadside assistance and they were very helpful and professional, I was provided with a tow truck and my vehicle whisked away to the nearest Audi center in the Westrand Clearwater! I must say this is where my nightmare began! As I'm writing down this complained nobody has bothered to contact me to let me know about the damage in my vehicle, who is responsible for the repairs or when will I expect it to be done with the repairs! I'm not impressed with their level of service nor do I appreciate being taken for a fool because I'm doing all the calling and not getting any feedback! It's my first time dealing with this particular dealership and my experience has been horrific and underwhelming, if I had a choice I would not have my car there any longer and I'm actually disgusted by their service
