Terrible annual service experience

When I received my car after service today, it stank - like some thing really awful happened inside. Someone also used my car to go shopping! I found a cash receipt for it in my car. I was expecting at least good service from them, but I was sorely disappointed. I even had to wait around 45 minutes for their driver to pick and drop me at my house yesterday.
