Should even exist!!!

If there is one day that i can change in my life it would be going this dealership. Purchased a car from Jacques , worst sales person. Car wasn’t even taken through roadworthy , don’t think it would have passed, used oil, no spare key. Lost my R100k dep. (First time car buyer so I got properly fooled and taken for a ride.) I’ve tried contacting the DP when this started 2020 and still today he hasn’t even contacted me back.

The new sales manager Success tried his best to help me as much as he could to trade it in. Had bo other choice. but it still makes me so sad that the sales person and dealership gets away with things like this, it’s like our safety and financial status doesn’t matter as the get a sale. Best of all the new (second-hand) car also has issues in less than 4months. And still no no no assistance from anyone the DP is still MIA.
