Shockingly bad NON-SERVICE from Audi Centre West Rand
I took my A4 in for a service at Audi West Rand on 27 March 2025- cost me approx R24,000. Drove it home and the next it would not start- EPC light on. It was towed back to Audi. Paid another R3,500 to fix the second issue. Audi phoned to advise that someone had reversed into my A4 at the dealership and the bumper needed to be replaced. They replaced the bumper. Picked my car up on 16 April 2024, to find that it was shuddering and misfiring. I left it at the dealership. All this time I was phoning and leaving messages. No-one from the dealership answers the phone, no-on has phoned me back to give me the status of the vehicle and repeated requests to speak to the dealer principal go unnoticed. No offer has been made for a courtesy car, despite me being without one for so long. This is not bad service, it is shockingly bad NON-SERVICE. I would expect a premium brand such as Audi to treat their customers with respect- especially when a customer has spent a fortune on a service, has had his car damaged by the dealership, has repeated mechanical problems on his car that were NOT there before he took his car into the dealership, who has waited for nearly a month and whose telephonic messages are simply ignored.
