I've had my Audi A5 for 2 years now, and my experience with Audi has been nothing short of terrible. My recent issue , i went to Audi Centre West Rand over 10 months ago, for them to service my car and check why my sunroof has a leak the stains the left side of the roof . Having assessed, they came back to me and told me they will call me when they have a courtesy vehicle available because they needed to book in the car so they can strip the entire roof. 10 months to date, several follow ups, still nothing. I then went to Audi Centre North Cliff, same story, 6 months to date still nothing. My problem now is, there are other clients (2 colleagues of mine that i know personally) that came after me , that were attended and were given these courtesy cars without having having to wait even a single day on the so called "waiting list", has this really become about skin color ? Or whats the rational behind this ?
