Poor service

Took my car in on the 23 December for an engine light and it's been almost 2 weeks my car is not fixed yet because the service advisor keeps telling me they waiting for parts. I spent Christmas and New Years eve without a car. They refuse to even borrow me a vehicle to use while they wait for the parts. Worse service ever.
